Artichokes au gratin with curry and Comté cheese
- 12 artichoke hearts
- 100g grated Entremont Comté cheese
- Curry powder, pepper, and fleur de sel
Boil the artichoke hearts for 10 minutes in a pan of salted water. Rince them in cold water and drain.
Preheat oven to 180°C (th. 6). Place the artichoke hearts in a baking dish and cover with Entremont grated Comté cheese. Cook for about 20 minutes.
Pepper lightly when you take the dish out of the oven, sprinkle with curry powder and a little fleur de sel. Serve hot.
