Bagel with avocado humus and Entremont Speciality cheese slices

  • 4 bagels
  • 1 packet Entremont Speciality Cheese Slices
  • 1 avocado
  • 125 g cooked chickpeas
  • 1 lime
  • Olive oil
  • Sesame oil
  • 2 slices of cured ham
  • 70 g of young shoots
  • Salt and pepper


Place the avocado (peeled and pitted), chickpeas, olive oil, sesame oil and lime juice in a blender. Blend until smooth. Salt and pepper to taste.  

Bake the bagels in the oven for 5 minutes at 180°C (or in the toaster). Spread with the avocado humus. Top with 2 slices of Entremont Speciality cheese, half a slice of cured ham, and a few lettuce leaves.

Serve immediately.
