- 1 packet Entremont French Emmental slices
- 8 slices bread
- 100g boiled ham
- 10g butter
- 10g flour
- 1dl milk
Gently melt the butter in a pan. Add the flour, mix, and then add the milk. Bring to the boil and leave to cook for a few minutes. Season with the salt and nutmeg.
Spread the sauce over 4 slices of bread, cover with a slice of ham and a slice of Entremont French Emmental. Close the croque-monsieur with another slice of bread.
Cook at 200°C under the grill until the bread is golden brown.
Sprinkle a little Entremont French Emmental over the top of the croque-monsieur and grill it.
