Croque Roll with Cantal Jeune cheese
Ingredients for 4 Croque Rolls
- 4 slices of bread
- 2 slices of ham
- 4 slices of Cantal Jeune cheese
Flatten the bread slices with a rolling pin and cut off the crusts.
Cut the ham slices in half and place a half on each slice of bread. Add a slice of Cantal Jeune cheese, then roll into a cigar.
Fry the 4 Croque Rolls in a buttered pan.
