Crushed avocado, ham and Emmental cheese sandwiches
- 8 Entremont Emmental Tendre Meule cheese slices
- 8 Jacquet large wholemeal loaf slices with no added sugar
- 2 avocados
- 1 lemon
- 6 chives
- 8 slices cured ham
- Salt and pepper
Scoop out the avocados and crush the flesh with a fork.
Salt and pepper and add the chopped chives and 3 tablespoons of lemon juice.
Toast the slices of bread in a toaster.
Spread a layer of avocado and then add 2 slices of cured ham with the fat cut off and two Emmental Tendre Meule cheese slices.
Close the sandwich with another slice of bread and enjoy !
