Crushed avocado, ham and Emmental cheese sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 8 Entremont Emmental Tendre Meule cheese slices 
  • 8 Jacquet large wholemeal loaf slices with no added sugar
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 lemon 
  • 6 chives
  • 8 slices cured ham 
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation 

Scoop out the avocados and crush the flesh with a fork. 

Salt and pepper and add the chopped chives and 3 tablespoons of lemon juice.

Toast the slices of bread in a toaster. 

Spread a layer of avocado and then add 2 slices of cured ham with the fat cut off and two Emmental Tendre Meule cheese slices.

Close the sandwich with another slice of bread and enjoy !
