- 100g pistachio nuts
- 100g hazelnuts
- 100g white grapes (preferably)
- (or 100g dried apricots)
- 50g grated cheese
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Coarsely crush the pistachios, hazelnuts, and raisins. Place medium sized pastry cutters on a silpat. Lay a thin layer of grated cheese at the bottom the sprinkle some dried fruit over it then cover with another thin layer of grated cheese.
Cook for 6-7 until golden brown but not blackened.
Unmould and serve.
