Minced beef and Comté cheese burger
- 4 plain Jacquet Burger Création buns
- 8 Entremont Comté cheese slices
- 2 sirloin steaks
- 1 onion
- 1 small jar of sun-dried tomatoes
- 4 big lettuce leaves
- Salt and pepper
Peel and chop the onion.
Chop the lettuce leaves.
Heat a grill and cook the sirloin steaks for 2 minutes on each side. Salt and pepper to taste and then thinly slice the meat.
Spread the sun-dried tomatoes on the bottom side of the Burger Création buns.
Add the chopped lettuce leaves, the steak slices, and Comté cheese slices.
Close the burger buns.
Serve immediately or warm them up in an oven at 180°C for 5 minutes first.
